Thanks so much for the thoughtful gifts! The poetry book is a great addition to our library. I've read through it and I thoroughly enjoyed this quirky collection that chronicles the ups and downs of being part of a family. From "Ode to a Goldfish" to "Folding Sheets" to the section titled, "Never Stew Your Sister", these poems cover the spectrum of family life. The diversity of the poets makes this book especially appealing, and I like that there were some entries that addressed adoption. So....Good Choice!! It will be fun reading these poems over the years to my son and daughter. The beaded ladybug coin purse just screams cute, what else can I say, but love it!!

My gift arrived Friday, but I was unable to get a post written until this evening. The handmade card was lovely. Thank you for everything.
